1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details, contact details, device and usage data, billing status data, content you publish, direct messages, interaction data, reports, and support messages you send us.

2. Why We Use It

We use this information to run the product, secure accounts, process billing, improve performance, enforce platform rules, and support creator monetization and fraud checks.

3. Payments

Payments may be handled by providers such as Razorpay or app-store billing platforms. FlashFeed does not need to store full card details to manage plan access and entitlements.

4. Notifications And Messaging

If you turn on notifications, we may store device tokens so we can send account, product, and creator-related alerts.

Direct messages are stored so they can be delivered and synchronized between your devices. They are protected in transit using HTTPS, but the current chat service is not end-to-end encrypted. Messages are visible in the product only to conversation participants; authorized safety or operations personnel may access relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate a report, prevent abuse, comply with law, or operate the service.

5. Sharing And Disclosure

We may share data with infrastructure, analytics, payment, messaging, and security providers when needed to operate the service. We may also disclose data when legally required or when necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.

6. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to run the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain billing and security records. Removing a conversation from your inbox does not delete the other participant's copy. Account deletion redacts authored posts, comments, and sent message bodies from the active product, subject to limited legal, payment, fraud-prevention, and security retention requirements.

7. Your Choices

You can update some profile information, manage notifications, and contact FlashFeed for account-related requests, subject to legal and operational limits. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the Delete Account page.
