Refunds and Cancellations

1. Paid Plans

FlashFeed may offer paid plans including Spark and Flame. These plans may renew automatically depending on the billing platform you used.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring plan before the next renewal date. In most cases, that stops the next charge and lets you keep access through the current billing period.

3. Refund Handling

Refunds, if offered, depend on the billing platform, how long it has been since the purchase, whether the service has already been used, and whether abuse or fraud is involved. App-store purchases may be handled through the relevant app-store process.

4. Creator Payments

Creator payouts, tips, and monetization balances may be subject to holds, verification, fraud review, reversals, and policy checks. FlashFeed may delay or withhold payouts when needed for abuse prevention, compliance, or dispute handling.

For billing or refund questions, contact us with the account used for the purchase and the billing source, such as web checkout or app-store billing.
