1. Acceptance

By using FlashFeed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use the service and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your login methods, and activity that happens through your account. Do not impersonate someone else or use FlashFeed in a misleading way.

4. User Content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You also give FlashFeed permission to host, display, process, and distribute that content so the product can work. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you publish. These rules apply to posts, comments, profile information, and direct messages. Before publishing or messaging, you must accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Standards.

5. Paid Plans

FlashFeed may offer Free, Spark, Flame, and future plans such as Eternal. Prices and features can change over time. Access to paid features depends on billing status, eligibility, and compliance with platform rules.

6. Creator Monetization

Creator monetization may require KYC, payment verification, policy compliance, and other eligibility checks. We may limit or remove monetization access if we detect fraud, abuse, policy violations, or invalid activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Do not use FlashFeed for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, illegal content, or manipulation of engagement or payouts. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming, trafficking, and conduct that endangers children are strictly prohibited. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when needed to protect the platform.

You can report posts or accounts and block another user from the relevant in-app menu. FlashFeed reviews reports and may remove content, limit messaging, restrict monetization, or suspend accounts. Do not misuse reporting tools or attempt to evade a block.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for safety, policy enforcement, legal compliance, billing issues, or abuse prevention.

9. Disclaimer

FlashFeed is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that everything will always work perfectly.
